Emily is an experienced Event Planner, and has organised other events from birthdays to baby showers and many corporate functions with ridiculous levels of precision, passion and detail.
With over 16 years in professional services, Emily has combined her networking, customer facing and business development skills to create Gold Flamingo Events.

Eva is Emily's daughter and will one day be in charge! Eva is extremely creative and gets involved in the designs and set ups at events. Balloons bring her as much joy as her Mum, and at weekends and in the school holidays she is right by her Mum's side. Succession planning at its finest and very much a family business!

Amy-Leigh, lives locally in Didcot with her husband and two young sons. Amy is an enthusiastic team member and is extremely creative! With a background in hairdressing, she’s honed her skills in precision and attention to detail, which she now brings to the world of events. From weddings to children's parties, Amy is always there supporting Emily's vision and bringing it to life
